Rules and Documents

We want our customers to feel at home while visiting their horses. However, since we live close to the barns we do ask that you keep reasonable hours and respect our privacy. We feed your horse on time; we expect you to pay your board on time.

We will provide a place to store your equipment and ask that you help us to maintain a safe, tidy environment for everyone to enjoy. If you use it, put it back where you got it. If you mess it up, clean it up. We do not board stallions and do not allow loose dogs. Please secure all stall doors, barn doors and gates. No smoking in or near buildings. Everyone visiting the property must sign a liability waiver.
